Is there anything more calming than the pastels of Easter colours?! Probably the cute bunnies… but we digress.
This Easter long weekend, the Okanagan is hosting plenty of exciting events to celebrate the holiday (if that’s your thing) or just get out and enjoy the early spring sunshine. And when it comes to finding that perfect balance between family fun and still curated for us adults, our valley always delivers.
Read on for our #TopPicks for Easter events in 2026.

Horse Drawn Easter Adventure
Sprawling 80 beautiful acres in Spallumcheen—just outside of Armstrong—let Caravan Farm Theatre bring the magic to your holiday. Hop on a wagon where you’ll head for the egg hunt throughout the woods and fields. You just might meet some fascinating residents of the wild!
Afterwards, you can have your face painted, pet some cuddly creatures, and snap some photos in the photo booth! There will also be housemade chili and cornbread as well as hot dogs and baked treats. And for the parents, craft ale, hot cider, and more beverage options.
Wagons leave on the hour—so make sure to book your tickets! Offered Sunday, April 5th.

Easter Carnival at Red Bird Brewing
Sometimes, as a parent, you just need to let someone else set up the celebrations so you can sit back and enjoy your own holiday while supporting a great cause. Thankfully, Red Bird Brewing in Kelowna already thought of that!
Enjoy a fun, easy, no-stress Easter Sunday where the kiddos will remain fully entertained while you enjoy a drink and a pizza. Activities like the traditional egg hunt, face painting, a fun selfie booth, plinko, ring toss, fishing games, as well as a bouncy castle for the young ones to burn off all their chocolate-fueled energy! One of our favourite parts? All activities are by donation in support of Mamas for Mamas.
Starting 11am until 4pm, Sunday April 5th.

Naramata’s Easter Egg Hunt in Manitou Park
A beloved community event in the heart of Naramata where the whole family can enjoy themselves, this annual event is run by the Naramata Volunteer Fire Department and fellow residents to bring the magic to the weekend. On Saturday from 1pm to 3pm, let loose while the kids hunt for eggs among the sunshine. Enjoy music and other games and the kind of celebratory spirit that one can only find in this quaint little village by the lake.
While this is a free event, pre-registration is appreciated!

Starting with their Once Upon A Spring Market on Saturday, this is a family-friendly event with character and seasonal charm. Enjoy curated artisans, bakers, florists, creators and more, as well as a creative kids’ craft corner, a book swap, and a refreshment stand. Runs from 10am until 4pm.
On Sunday, enjoy a deluxe Easter brunch complete with… the Easter Bunny! It’s perfect for all ages and includes buffet favourites and classic breakfast dishes, a playful petting farm hosted by GottaGoat Farm, and even an Easter egg hunt out on their west lawn! Starts at 11am and goes until 2pm.

Easter Egg Hunt at the District Wine Village
Another beloved annual event, this is your one-stop-shop for the perfect family-friendly Easter extravaganzas. All over the District Wine Village kids can scour for eggs—they’re hiding more than two thousand this year—while parents can enjoy seasonal tastings or a cup of coffee.
Finish the event with a delicious meal at Ward’s or peruse the bookstore! With so many options at one location, you can spend the entire Sunday enjoying a laid back holiday celebration. Festivities begin at 11am.

Easter Weekend at Domaine Artema Winery
Let the magic of the Black Sage Bench set the backdrop to your holiday celebrations! Domaine Artema Winery is bringing family-fun on both Saturday and Sunday with an adult twist!
Stop by any time between 10am and 4pm where the kids can colour eggs and join in on a 2pm egg hunt, all while parents sip and enjoy a tasting experience. The young ones can bring home their eggs and you can bring home a bottle—or case—to finish celebrations at home!

So there you have it! Plenty of Okanagan events happening this long weekend that hit the right mix of elevated adult fun while still remaining family-friendly.
Wishing you all a beautiful Easter.
